Keep your trauma registry up to date with remote staffing — or our onsite SWAT team

Maintaining a full team of registrars is a big challenge for many trauma programs. Pomphrey Consulting offers a full range of staffing support services to help you keep your registry up to date — and keep your hospital compliant with ACS requirements.

Our Remote Staffing service is perfect for trauma program managers who struggle with the challenges of registry management. You work directly with a project manager who oversees your entire remote team. Receive weekly reports on chart completion, chart accuracy and other key metrics. Remote staffing is available on a short- or long-term basis. It is ideal for dealing with unplanned turnover, medical leave and high registry volumes.

We also offer Data Validation Services to programs that need help with this critical dimension of registry management. This remote service includes inter-rater reliability (IRR) reports for teams and individuals, productivity reports, and data element reports to enable focused training.

Our Onsite “SWAT Team” Staffing service is for trauma programs that need to clear out a registry backlog quickly. A large team of professional registrars works onsite at your facility for 5 to 7 days, producing a large volume of chart completions in a short period of time.
