A group of religious leaders in Chicago recently held a march calling for the establishment of a Level I trauma center at the University of Chicago Medical Center, according to a Hyde Park Herald report. Medical center president Sharon O’Keefe was quoted as saying that UCMC has analyzed the feasibility of creating a Level I program and is discussing system issues with area trauma leaders. Read More
