Aspen Valley Hospital in Aspen, Colo., recently passed a state re-review following 2013 findings of deficiencies in its “administration and organizational functions,” the Aspen Daily News reported. Previously noted deficiencies included problems with case review and process improvement, not quality or patient safety.
