Northwell Health’s 2023 trauma symposium takes place December 13

Northwell Health’s Fifth Annual Trauma Symposium will take place in Melville, New York, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. The theme of this year’s symposium is “Creating Order Out of Chaos.”

Richard Kamin, MD

Conference sessions will cover trauma resuscitation/simulation, rib fracture fixation, how to do an MCI drill, as well as topics in prehospital trauma.

Richard Kamin, MD, associate professor of emergency medicine at University of Connecticut Health Center, will deliver the keynote speech on “Acute Stress, A Normal Response to An Abnormal Event”.

The symposium will take place at The Royalton on the Greens from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To attend the symposium, register here.
