June is “Performance Improvement Month” at Trauma System News, and we are kicking it off with two new webinars for everyone involved in trauma PI.

Each 1-hour “Trauma Learning Break” webinar combines a 30-minute workshop on a key issue in trauma performance improvement with a 30-minute Q&A session featuring a recognized expert in trauma PI and patient safety.

June 2 Trauma Learning Break: “Optimizing the Trauma Registry for PI” with Wendy Erickson and “Your PI Questions Answered” with Kathleen Martin

Wendy Erickson of KJ Trauma Consulting will present a workshop on how to leverage your trauma registry to support all aspects of trauma PI and event resolution. And trauma PI expert Kathleen Martin will answer attendee questions on any issue in trauma quality and patient safety. To learn more and register, visit June 2 Trauma Learning Break.

June 4 Trauma Learning Break: “PDSA Workshop for PI Pros” with Angie Chisolm and “Your PI Questions Answered” with Jane McCormack

Angie Chisolm of Optimal Healthcare Advisors will explain how to use the PDSA model in different trauma PI scenarios and how to troubleshoot your PDSA when initial cycles yield mixed results. Plus, trauma program expert Jane McCormack will answer questions on any issue in trauma PI. To learn more and register, visit June 4 Trauma Learning Break.

Can’t attend on webinar day? Both sessions will be recorded and made available on demand — so even if you can’t attend live on June 2 or June 4, feel free to register now and view later.

These special sessions are designed for anyone who shares responsibility for trauma PI and patient safety — trauma program managers, TMDs, trauma PI coordinators and program coordinators, trauma data professionals, trauma nurses and more.

Please join us for either or both of these special PI webinars!
